The Company was established in 1997 when the owner Steve Last moved to the Scottish Highlands. He brought with him over 30 years experience in the trade and a small team of professional concrete floor layers and started trading. The company quickly developed a good client base and excellent reputation for good honest workmanship.

Our vast portfolio stretches through out Scotland, we have laid concrete floors from Stornaway to Inverness, Aberdeen, Shetland, Thurso and as far south as Glasgow and Lesmahagow. We work for both the commercial sector laying concrete floors for house bases as well as agricultural sheds etc. right through and domestic sector for many of Scotland’s main construction contractors. In recent years we have worked alongside Morrison Construction and Rok Group in the new Scottish schools schemes. This included project such as Dingwall and Millburn Academy.
